Hey, I came across this video of President Barack Obama shaking hands with another man in a weird and interesting manner. After watching this video, the first thing that came to my mind was ILLUMINATI!!!! lol, but on the other hand I thought to myself that if it was an Illuminati handshake, would he do that in public??
